With the current slowdown in China's economic growth,the state for the real estate industry regulation continues to heat up,the real estate industry market competition continues to intensify.In this context,the real estate industry polarization situation is also further intensified,the stronger are getting stronger and the small and weak are getting weaker and going under.Large-scale real estate enterprises with strong comprehensive strength rely on their strong financial strength and optimizing the layout of real estate projects,enterprise performances and efficiency continue to improve,large-scale expansion of enterprise increasing clear.Due to the single financing channels,the cash recovery difficulties,cash flow difficulties,internal management defects and other reasons,in all aspects of production the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises' financial risks are increasing,including financing,investment,capital recovery and other sectors,their development space is narrowing.Facing the economic downward pressure and large-scale real estate enterprises continue to expand,how to control the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises' financial risks become the urgent problems.Therefore,to find out the current situation of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises' financial risks,its reason and make suggestions on perfecting the financial risk control is conducive to promote the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to achieve healthy and stable development in the new policy,economy and industry environment.This paper first reviews the relevant theory and literature on corporate financial risks and its control,and then analyzes the basic characteristics of China's real estate industry,focusing on the analysis of China's small and medium-sized real estate business financial risk status and its causes.The paper chooses the ST Zhujiang Company as the case analysis object,identifies its financial risk in the process of financial,investing and recovering funds and analyzing its causes.Next,proposing the financial risk control recommendation for the ST Zhujiang Company,hoping to give other small and medium-sized real estate enterprises a little reference.
