| At present,more than 90%of China’s real estate industry is small and medium-sized enterprises,and the biggest problems faced by these enterprises are very universal,representative,such as financial management appeared irregularities,anomie and so on.However,the development of real estate has led to competition disorder,house prices soaring,and resentment.To regulate the real estate industry,from 2003 onwards,the state introduced a series of policies to strengthen macro-control from the land,finance,finance and tax aspects.Especially since the 2008 international financial crisis,small and medium-sized real estate business survival space has been compressed again,the industry is facing a full reshuffle.In this context,small and medium-sized real estate enterprises can not clearly understand the risks,effective response to risks,system management risks,will be eliminated.Therefore,the research on the financial risk management of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is reflected in its unique charm and application field.Based on the theoretical basis of financial risk management,this paper studies the financial risk management of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises on the basis of financial risk management framework of financial enterprises.In this paper,we take H private small and medium-sized real estate companies as an example,according to the classification of financial activities of the H company financing activities,investment activities,capital recovery and income distribution process of risk management issues are analyzed and proposed improvements.In particular,this paper first uses the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the current situation of financial risk management.And then,the reason of the related risk is analyzed according to the situation of the enterprise itself,and further put forward the H company’s financial risk management optimization response measures.Financial risk management has a very broad research significance and development prospects,but with the growing competition between enterprises,the contradictions exposed by them is quite prominent.Only rely on effective financial risk management,enterprises can get long-term survival and development.It is hoped that the research of this paper can make a study for the risk management of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises and can make some reference for the financial risk management practice of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. |
