The real estate industry is the pillar industry of China's economy,the development directly affects the development of our country in many other industries.In recent years,with China's economic development level of the continuous improvement,China's real estate industry has also ushered in a rapid development of the "spring",but is behind this prosperity is hidden a huge financial crisis.Under this background,China's real estate enterprises are increasing differentiation,market concentration is also rising.A few large enterprises with strong comprehensive strength by optimizing the layout,product and management to achieve the performance and efficiency of a lift.Most of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises are struggling.They are financing channels of a single pinThe sale of cash poor,cash flow difficulties,with its capital and strength is not enough,the internal management is not perfect and other factors in financing,investment,management and other aspects of the financial risk is increasing.The financial risk problem has become China's small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in the survival and development of practical problems needed to be solved urgently.The real estate industry has been affecting the development of China's economy,the prosperity and decline of the industry has a direct impact on the development of downstream industry chain.China's real estate industry by the national policy,the market environment is large,at present a large number of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises exist,their financial risk is high,facing the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the scale at the same time,small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in the economic downturn,the slowdown in the new situation under the control of financial risk is a very important problem.Small and medium-sized Real Estate Company in small scale,poor ability to resist risks,especially in 2014,many small and medium-sized real estate enterprises due toThe problem of financial collapse,financial risk has become an important issue for the long-term development of the real estate industry.It is found that the small and medium-sized real estate enterprise financial risk and analyzing its causes,then find out the situation in a timely manner,strengthen financial risk control,and promote the healthy development of enterprises in China.To study the financial risk control problems and help the stability of the real estate industry,promote the implementation of the new economic norm in the case of transformation,so that the real estate industry healthy and orderly development.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research on the concept and types of financial risk are described,followed by the analysis of characteristics of YJ real estate enterprise financial risk,focusing on the analysis of present situation of YJ and control the financial risk of the real estate enterprises.Through the analysis of financial risk identification,expounds the causes of the financial risks of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.Finally,in view of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in the financial risk control and put forward some corresponding suggestions,hope to our other small and medium enterprises provide the reference opinions.
