Research On Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the rapid development of modern market,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is very fast,and gradually strengthen the position and role in the national economic and social development.At present,the number of small and medium enterprises registered in the national business sector accounted for 99%of the total record companies,small and medium-sized enterprises every year to create GDP accounted for a 60%of the country,providing about 80%of urban jobs,to the entire society's rapid economic development to promote the role.However,there is still a gap between the size,risk and stability of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises.SMEs face more unimaginable financial financial risks are more important.This paper takes Shenzhen infinova Polytron Technologies Inc(YFT company)as the research object,firstly,related concepts of small and medium-sized enterprises and the financial risk of introduction and related theories are reviewed,followed by the YFT company financial situation and existing management problems are analyzed,again according to the actual situation of the YFT company to finance,financing risk,investment risk,operational risk and income risk factors are identified,and then through the construction of financial risk evaluation system,the evaluation of YFT financial risk,AHP evaluation on the risk index.The main conclusions are as follows:YFT company has continuous negative cash flow,profit growth,debt interest rate volatility is not stable,debt maturity structure unreasonable financial problems;lack of risk awareness and management level management system is not perfect,the importance of risk index ranking that risk from high to low profit and risk the development of risk,debt risk,operational risk.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,in particular,should focus on controlling the profit risk.We hope that through the improvement and implementation of this paper,we can reduce the financial risk of YFT company and make it more healthy.
