Talent as the core resources of enterprise development,is essential for the sustainable development of enterprises,how to make the most of the talent to play their talents for business managers is an important topic.The specialization of enterprise is more and more obvious,any one are difficult to independently complete a technical project,therefore,it needs to take from all walks of life benefit by mutual discussion,professional and technical personnel to organize,establish a highly efficient technical personnel team.The formation of an excellent team of technical personnel is very important,it involves multi stakeholder,need to coordinate the internal interests,which puts forward higher request to the team leader's management ability,professional ability,organization and communication skills and language ability.Enterprises in the process of building the team to select the right and the potential talent,regular technical and professional ethics training for them,for the development of talent development career promotion channel.How to set up such a team of technical talents is a very complicated systematic engineering.As far as the Wusu branch of CPI Yuanda environmental protection group in Xinjiang branch,the company's main business involves the coal-fired flue gas denitration and dust franchise business.Professional talent team construction enterprises for nearly two years,on the whole,the technology output and R&D output basically meet the needs of the enterprise,some technical results similar to the leading domestic level,but there are still some problems in the team construction and management process,these problems if not solved will affect team performance.This paper has carried on the thorough analysis to the enterprise team construction question,and has pointed out the related optimization countermeasure.First,strengthen the top-level design team building.Any target can not rely on a person to be able to finish,need to the team cooperation,which should strengthen top-level design team construction to ensure the vitality.Secondly,strengthen the construction of leadership,improve the professional ability of team members.Improve the selection system of the team leader,train the team members for the targeted training and professional ethics.Thirdly,carry out team culture construction and cohesive force.Building a team culture that matches the characteristics of its own team is conducive to enhancing the cohesion of the team,and improve the efficiency of research and development.Finally,improve the incentive mechanism and assessment system.To establish a fair and equitable reward and incentive system can improve the enthusiasm of the team,make the whole team forward towards selfmanagement and self-construction direction.
