Case Study About Team Building Management Of SW Order Group In HB

With today's rapid development of science, technology, information and knowledge, People begin to realize and focus on big data, network and cloud. It brings software business into a booming development and team building of software related departments becomes a critical topic. Thus, the stability of software related departments turn to be the base of software business.HB China Software center was established in 2002. Dalian Software quotation team is a subordinate team of it. With the continuous transition of quotation processes to Dalian, the numbers of members and processes increased a lot. This results in team management problem which may affect future software business in operation.This paper takes HB as a researching object, team management as researching topic. It applies case study to investigate HB by 4 typical team management cases and analyze the problems existing in the team management of HB. Combined with team building theory, to analyze the difficulties from business supporting model, team study atmosphere, performance assessment and team taking over plan. Finally, it proposes a solution plan to construct excellent team culture and strengthen team management.Management team should pay attention to team building. Meanwhile, to improve software quotation team construction with the guide of scientific theory, which could make team building more adaptable to the changeable environment. The outcome of this paper is benefit for HB to enhance team management and provide reference to other quotation team building.
