Economic globalization has played a very important role in the development of Chinese economy,the human resources planning is an important aspect of enterprise management.However,the agricultural letter society human resources management planning is seriously lagging behind,is a big problem to restrict the development of rural credit cooperatives,how to strengthen and improve human resources management planning of rural credit cooperatives,rural credit cooperatives is currently in the process of reform and development need to solve the problem.The research object of this paper is the human resources planning of rural credit cooperatives,the whole paper is divided into five parts.Based on the related theories as the breakthrough point,ILA rural credit cooperatives case analysis is an important chapter of the full text,and find out the problem through the analysis,but also for the human resources planning and design,which lay the foundation for the next step of work.ILA agricultural letter society human resources planning and design is the key part of the full text,elaborated the ILA agricultural letter society of human resources planning and design guiding ideology,design objectives,design principles,focuses on the analysis of the concrete design content.Finally,from the strategic position to strengthen human resources planning,enterprise level to enhance staff training,improve the performance appraisal system of ILA rural credit cooperatives,rural credit cooperatives to improve ILA salary management,the construction of staff and management system and establish human resource information system and knowledge management platform.In the human resource supply forecasting process,analyses the macro environment and micro environment of supply,ILA Nongxinshe personnel demand is increasing year by year.We should control and management staff through the posts of management of supply and demand balance,to optimize the structure of the administrative staff of administrative personnel supply and demand balance,the balance of supply and demand of business personnel should vigorously develop and introduce management talents,professional and technical personnel,personnel,in order to better promote the long-term development of the business.We should pay attention to ILA agricultural letter society human resources planning problems are:strengthening the strategic position of human resource planning,strengthen the training of staff from the enterprise level,improve the ILA rural credit cooperatives performance appraisal system,improve the salary management,the construction of staff and management system and establish human resources knowledge management and information system platform.
