The knowledge economy and economic globalization in a more smoke signals makes this war for talent everywhere. When an enterprise has a unique human resources, human resources in the formation of corporate strategy will be the decisive force. Good human resources management and development will directly improve a company's internal and external environment, optimizing business processes and enhance competitiveness. In this sense, the work of a business in the effectiveness of human resources, has become a strategic factor for business development.In this paper, the Alashan power company of human resources planning for the object of research, the first human resources strategy and human resource planning and related concepts expounded the significance of its role, and the Alashan Power Company's corporate status of existing human resources conducted a comprehensive analysis, using quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Alashan power company demand for and supply of human resources were predicted, and to develop the company the company overall human resources planning and related tactical planning, and finally from staff employment, remuneration, performance, training, and institution building put forward the protection of human resource planning implementation.
