As China's banking system reform, rural credit cooperatives of human resources there have been some problems, especially in remote and rural credit cooperatives, building a more human trapped in, in such a context of rural credit cooperatives human resources development plan and a strategy of standing on the perspective of the existing human resources to make a proper evaluation and improvement is necessary. First, this paper summarizes the experience of previous studies based on the topics of meaning and purpose of this paper are described, and the study abroad experience with this and the need to be involved in the study of theoretical issues related to comb. Secondly, the use of empirical research methods for Jiujiang City, rural credit cooperatives in the current human resources and its external and internal environment facing the human resources to find a systematic analysis of the external market environment brought about by the pressure of human resources and the existence of its own human resources advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the city of Jiujiang in rural credit cooperatives associated with the corresponding data collection and evaluation of model predictive models of human resources for its current status and future manpower needs to make assessment as the basis for human resources of rural credit cooperatives planning to judge the prospects for future work and hope that through this study for the future of rural credit cooperatives and Jiujiang rural credit cooperatives in China with the nature of the human resource planning and design provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance.
