In the background of economy into the new normal,the insurance company between the increasingly fierce competition,the insurance industry is no longer the simple knowledge,technology and intelligence intensive industry.In order to achieve development goals more,in addition to rely on management experience,capital investment and the size of the premium and other factors,but also rely on the core competitiveness improve the students.For life insurance companies,the competition of talents is the competition of insurance agent insurance agent.As a kind of important human resources,only a comprehensive and effective training of the marketing team to help quickly establish confidence,to show professionalism,carry forward the spirit of public service,helping thousands of customers choose the best quality,the most fit the needs of their own insurance products;only in this way,in order to make small insurance companies win in an unprecedented fierce insurance business.The MS life Shaanxi Branch as an example,with advanced theoretical models of the construction of training system of domestic and foreign companies,through the issuance of the questionnaire,carry out employee interviews,literature research method,and quantitative analysis methods,the existing agent training system were in-depth analysis,to find out the Shaanxi Branch is currently running under the framework of the existing some problems,such as training courses set up single,poor pertinence;training methods are simple and boring,it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff;training system continuity is not strong,agent career development direction is unknown,lack of motivation;subsequent training evaluation involves less work,evaluation results failed to get good use.To solve these problems,the Shaanxi branch of the existing human resources,and fully discussed the research material and training process,find the reasons for these problems mainly lies in:one is about the training work of the organization is confused,the employee individual training needs analysis is not enough;two is too much emphasis on immediate implementation of the training the implementation of the long-term strategy,and pay enough attention;three is at the end of the training can not be timely carry out training effect evaluation work,leading to the company's overall training plan and long-term strategic goal is not unified.Finally,this paper re optimization and upgrading the company's training organization system,through the design of a new training idea,training needs to collect all the information the classification,development of training courses and other ways,finally construct a new accord with MS life insurance Shaanxi branch actual training incentive mode.The research about the agent training,to MS Shaanxi Branch cohesion core competitiveness of enterprises,reduce training costs,improve performance,motivate employees increase will and motive force of the development,cultivate a mature insurance agent team to support the company's strategy has the important theory value and practical significance.
