Insurance is one of the three pillar industries of the financial industry which has become an integral part of the financial sector. In early 90, Shanghai took the lead in the introduction of American International Assurance Agency, marketing agency member of the rapid expansion of the scale. In order to improve the current situation of insurance marketing staff, promote the transformation and development of the insurance industry, in 2013, Insurance Regulatory Commission of China promulgated the "measures for the supervision and control of insurance sales personnel", to promote the reform of the system of marketing staff. However, the insurance company’s financial strength, market share, personnel structure and other actual situation is not the same, it is difficult to completely reform, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, according to local conditions, the implementation of reform. Therefore, this article will of a R property and casualty insurance company salesman in the expansion work satisfaction survey, understanding marketing agent system are most concerned about, the most eager to improve, to reform and perfect the management system to provide reference.This article in the existing related research foundation, to R insurance to a branch of the marketing staff as the object, of based on interviews with managers and front-line marketing staff, using the form of questionnaire for data collection. Using the data statistics software SPSS19.0 and its correlation analysis method, carries on the analysis and the research to the collected survey data. This paper is mainly to exploratory factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, single factor variance analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows: 5 key impact factors influence on job satisfaction with marketing staff remuneration, occupation development, occupation, work environment and sense of participation; the personal characteristics of the marketing of the 5 key factors of the evaluation is different, there are obvious differences between the groups of different age and different evaluation of the marketing staff of the occupation work experience a sense of belonging, there were significant differences between the groups of different occupation evaluation development degree is not high sales; comprehensive evaluation of job satisfaction marketing clerk. According to the conclusion, this paper from the aspects of salary, career development, career recognition degree, working environment, staff training and other proposed feasible suggestions, hope to provide a reference to R insurance to a branch of the sales system reform and improve the personnel management system.
