Current talent competition is the competition between enterprises is a very important link, especially the insurance industry is more intense. After China’s accession to the WTO, Chinese insurance market is a comprehensive development, large foreign insurance company gradually into the Chinese market, further strengthen the market competition, domestic insurance companies face competition from mature foreign capital insurance company. China’s insurance industry annual growth rate of 16% above, life insurance premium annual growth rate of 32% above, see from the data that, China’s insurance market is rapid development, the development of high speed also show the insurance companies stretched on the talent strategy. Compared with foreign insurance market, insurance market of our country is still in the primary stage of development, the role of consumers belong to the passive consumption, sales of insurance products mainly rely on the insurance business personnel dominated sales to achieve. Therefore, the insurance business personnel is the core of the insurance company, insurance company training management, to the discretion of the insurance business personnel quality plays an important role. On the one hand, the insurance company need high-quality elite insurance salesman, on the other hand, the insurance salesman also hope to improve their ability to enhance competitiveness. The insurance salesman training is very urgent and necessary. In the primary stage of development, while the domestic insurance company through the introduction of foreign mature training system and management method, gradually formed a suitable for their development of a set of training system, but the rapid development of the industry, training system is not timely adjusted and improved, the defects of the system of training constantly exposed, various training demand lags behind, seriously restrict the development of the insurance company.Through the study of GXP insurance company training system, from the basic theory research. Good practice at home and abroad for reference, the case was reviewed, combines the actual conditions of GXP insurance company and the current training mechanism, analysis the GXP insurance training mechanism. At present faces under the new form at the same time, the deep analysis of existing problems, through the industry at home and abroad for reference, advanced concepts, combined with the current policy and market environment, enhance GXP insurance company training system of countermeasures, so as to improve the quality of training, to solve the problems in training, help enterprises to strategic development.
