China is an insurance country,the current insurance industry is the implementation of the insurance agent system.This special system has brought great development to China's life insurance industry,but also resulted in a series of problems,one of which is the lack of professional,institutionalized and refined management in the development of the insurance agent team.Now with the increasing demand of Chinese people for insurance,the development of the insurance industry ushered in a new opportunity,China will take advantage of this trend,from the insurance country to the insurance power.Based on this,the study of insurance agent training system is particularly important.Taking quanzhou P life insurance company as the research object,through field investigation and face-to-face interviews,questionnaire survey method,the present situation of the insurance agent to the company training system were analyzed,and the clues on the results of questionnaire survey,find the company in the insurance agent in empirical typical problems that exist in the training system,the detailed analysis and seek solutions.The author through the insurance agent at quanzhou P life insurance company in the training system of training needs analysis,training,implementation of the system(resources),courses,teachers,management system and evaluation after training mechanism the present situation of research,found that even a such good company,also there are some typical problems need to be addressed,including: training needs survey inadequate short-term efficiently,backward training model,training courses,field supervisor reward mechanism with reality,lack of effective training evaluation and feedback mechanism.Through case studies and fieldwork,P life insurance company in quanzhou insurance agent problems existing in the training system optimization of the following Suggestions are put forward: determine insurance take reason people training system optimization for guiding ideology,attaches great importance to the training demand,training patterns of reform,the diversification of training set,field supervisor after the improvement of the incentive mechanism,training evaluation and feedback mechanism of optimization,the author hopes to through these means of optimization,promote P life insurance company insurance agent system more perfect,for the company transport agent more professional,more high quality talent team,synchronous development of the enterprise and agent,to achieve a win-win situation.
