Study On Optimization Of Salesman Training System Of A Life Insurance Company

The salesman training system of A Life Insurance Company has been established for over ten years and gradually improved,but there are still some key problems that prevent it from developing smoothly.Therefore,with the background of the salesman training system of A Life Insurance Company,and under the guidance of relevant theories,the author first shows the status of the system,then analyzes and concludes the problems of the system through interviews,questionnaire survey and internal data analysis.The main prob lems are low efficiency and mutual influence between management organizations,lack of scientific evaluation system,undeveloped function of E management system,lack of resources,lack of integrity of curriculum system,and shortage of tutors.Aiming to the all-level optimization of the salesman training system,this paper puts forward the solutions to the key problems.First,the main problems existing in the management system can be solved by adjusting the management organization structure,improving the function of the E management system and establishing the K irkpatrick's evaluation system,thus the high efficiency transmission between the training groups can be reached and the E-management system is to promote the effect of the data management.At the same time,setting up evaluation system can keep track of and evaluate the training effect all time.Second,allocating and optimizing the resources reasonably respond to the on-line and off-line new training model.Third,additional course module and the on-line and off-line new training model ensure the overall input of training better.At last,new plans are put forward for the inspiring and training of the tutors so as to build a knowledge-based and practical tutor team and drive the training.
