Management Research On Export Commodities Inspection Of SX Inspection And Quarantine Bureau

With the development of reform and opening up,especially after joining the WTO,China is showing a new foreign trade pattern of great quantities and is also facing the layers of technical barriers to trade restrictions.Inspection and quarantine departments as important mechanism of implementation of WTO rules and fulfilling WTO commitments need propose new work requirements.Thus,to change the old inspection and quarantine inspection and supervision patterns of the department,to establish a "targeted,scientific assessments" way of inspection and quarantine,to strive for a significant reduction in the proportion of sampling,to check the scientific,and to construct a new mode of inspection and quarantine inspection and supervision are the requirements of the development of the times for responding to technical barriers to trade activelyThis study begins with an overview of the current situation of domestic and international background facing SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,and reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge of business process reengineering and Six Sigma management on the basis of the relevant literature.Subsequently,it analyzes the status of export commodities inspection work management of SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,explains the situation and organizational structure of export commodities inspection work processes and points out that the inspection process problems for the next improved research foundation.This study is based on inspection of export commodities to point out the management of the improved principles and objectives,proposes to improve the content of two plates combined with the related business process management philosophy and six sigma management: The first plate is mainly for SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau inspection-related business classified management and the further risk assessment of related products,integrated two factors of product and enterprises to develop a suitable export commodity inspection work management processes,in order to greatly reduce the sampling ratio of exports and reduce the time and cost of export commodity inspection;The second plate,after the main export trade development is maturing for inspection enterprise credit management,is the future endeavors of SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for radically improving inspection and supervision model.Next,the present study proposes the further implementation steps and related countermeasures on SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau export inspection work management improvement program.It also sets forth the adjustment strategy of SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau management organization,and explains the dynamic adjustment strategy inspection Enterprise Classification Management related incentives.Finally,the study makes a summary about SX Inspection and Quarantine Bureau export commodities inspection and management research,and proposes the further research.
