Research On AOI Six Sigma Project Of Company Q

Back light,the main products of Company Q,absolutely occupied the laptop display market in China,however,one of the major problems plagued the Company is the product quality,low in the client online rate,and below the customer quality target.This problem,at the same time,brings Company Q huge labor costs of product retest and repairation.To solve this problem,the Company decided to introduce six sigma to improve the product quality.AOI six sigma project was listed as one of the key projects.The aim of this dissertation is to establish the implementation plan of AOI project combining project management and six sigma system.It is adopted case study method to analyze and summarize the four processes of AOI six sigma project plan and implementation through literature collection,questioning,problem analysis and resolution.The research contents include:first,the formulation and decomposing work package of the project plan,which lays the foundation for the development of quality control.Second,the focus and difficulties of AOI project wich are based on the data collection of the sample database and the parameters of key elements,and analysis of key elements of quality improvement.And third,evaluation analysis of project effect and implementation.This research was mainly used the methods of Plato,flow chart of measurement system analysis,hypothesis test,experiment design,gantt chart,work breakdown structure.The research on customer requirements definition and quality defects statistics and analysis,project task allocation,project schedule implementation and follow up,etc,laid the scientific basis for the project development smoothly.This dissertation studies have shown that the significance of Company Q to carry out the AOI six sigma project has two points.The first one is the premise to complete project planning in start-up stage,a good beginning is half done.It is fully reflected in this project,not waste any team effort because of the project direction.Second,AOI six sigma project focuses on the establishment of the sample library and key parameters,which are the important basis for quality improvement.
