Study On The Supervision System Of Regional Food Production Under The Condition Of Classified Management

Food safety problem is not only an economic, social and livelihood issue, but also a political one. The safe problems of food in the processing are appearing constantly and it leads us to have a study of food production supervision in this area. It is not only related to the health of the public but also the developmet and the stability of the society. As local government taking fully charge of the food safety today, it's a real new angle for us to study the regional food production supervision under direction of vertical and grading management.I choose Lanxi,Zhejiang,where two food production safety incidents happened as an object to study the transition of the regional food production supervision system under the model of vertical management. And it reveals many problems, such as the satisfaction of the public is not high, the effect of supervision is not obvious, the resource of supervision is not enough and the covering of the system is unfair and so on. After comparing the grading management, followed the reuinted of food saftey supervision system. A comprehensive understanding of the evolution and affection of this system from 2004 to 2015 in Lanxi. It reveals the advantages and disadvantages in the food safety supervision after grading management. The main advantages are: it develops soomthly, spreads widely and people can pay more attentions to the places where always ignored and etc. And the disadvantages ot it are: the management dosen't agree with each other,the shortage of professinal staff, the degree of satisfaction of the public is very low and the supporting of technology is weak and etc. Meanwhie, after gaining some experience from the other countries in grading management, we know that we should gather rescources together, strengthen the supervision and drive the whole society to manage this issue together and clearify everyone's duty and never ignore the ability of creation in it. Let's work together to optimize the ways of food production supervision and improve the healthy development of the regional food production supervision; Let's make a positive exploration to promote the healthy development of the regional food industry.
