Production team as the basic work unit in power enterprise,is the most basic labor and management organization.Along with the fierce competition between electric power enterprises,more and more staff of functions sector and management sector throw them seleves to production line,so the production team is increasing its volume,more and mo re problems exposed.Team as the basic work unit,its effective implementation of perfo rmance management directly influences the strategic development of the enterprise,to st rengthen the performance management,actively explore to build scientific and reasonab le performance management system,to improve their own performance management sy stem will help the enterprise to maximize play the value of human capital,fully arouse t he enthusiasm of staff,strengthen the staff the sense of responsibility,improve team pro blem solving ability and work efficiency.Research on enterprise performance managem ent system for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise is very importa nt.With the continuous expansion of the local economy,the X power generation co.,L TD.,is rapidly developing.But the current team performance management scheme cann ot play its role,which hindered the operation and development of enterprises.System ne eds to be further optimized,so as to further make the enterprise to adapt to the environm ent changes,the authors advocate efficiency,improve the comprehensive benefit and m arket competitiveness.The purpose of this paper is to research the team performance management scheme of X power generation co.,LTD.,through the questionnaire survey,field interviews in-depth investigation and analysis the current situation of the company team performance management,combined with a large number of domestic and foreign related research lit erature review and summarize and analysis the problems that exist in the team performa nee management scheme and the reasons of the mining problem,and finally,by strength ening the propaganda of company performance management idea and policy,to set up t he help team leader training system,improve the capacity for employees to enhance the performance of the system,establish a routine combined with dynamic performance ind ex system,establishing incentive mechanism of participation and goal setting and set up a perfect assessment results application platform that six aspects to carry on the design and optimization is put forward countermeasures,to build the company performance ev aluation atmosphere,strengthening the concept of team leader performance managemen t and performance management ability,improve the performance management incentive s,so that the performance management to realize the real closed-loop management.
