Guizhou Power Grid Corporation Of Standardized Management Of The Production Team Building Research

The work team is the cell and the basic unit of an enterprise.All tasks of the enterprise must depend on the work team. So the work team is the focus.In this article, there are a lot of studies about the work teams of GPC ( Guizhou Power Grid Corporation)and domestic power supply enterprises. Through linking up the actual situation,we bring up the thought of developing standard management of GPC, according to the thought of CSG(China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd), Now we take GNP(Guiyang North Power),SPS(South Power Supply) and XPS ( Xingyi Power Supply Bureau )as experimental points. And we bring up the suggestion in the next stage.
