| Casting is the foundation of the manufacturing industry and also the fundamental industry of the national economy.At present,the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of China’s casting enterprises are constantly improving,but there is still a significant gap compared to developed countries.Especially in small and medium-sized casting enterprises,there are common problems such as low management level,chaotic team management,and outdated management concepts.Management has become a major barrier limiting the further development of enterprises,and team management level has become an important indicator for evaluating the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of enterprises in addition to sales and annual production.As a traditional small and medium-sized casting enterprise,H Company actively takes the high-speed train of high-quality development and strives to achieve enterprise transformation and upgrading through technological transformation.In this context,this article takes the production and operation team,the core team of H Company’s technological transformation,as the research object,and explores how to build it into a more scientific and efficient team,helping H Company overcome management bottlenecks and promoting high-quality development.This article aims to apply team management theory to the management and practice of H Company’s production and operation team,taking into account the current situation and existing problems of H Company’s production and operation team management.Based on the Stage theory of team development,Tanith Belbin’s team role theory,"TOPIC" model,team communication theory,high performance team management and other theories,this paper comprehensively uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to diagnose and analyze the status of the production and operation team of H Company.Propose corresponding solutions and guarantee measures based on the actual situation of the enterprise in response to the discovered problems:firstly,solve the problem of team development;Secondly,optimize corporate culture;Thirdly,improve the performance management mechanism;Fourthly,improve team communication efficiency.To ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plan,four aspects of guarantee measures should also be taken: organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,technical guarantee,process guarantee,etc.Finally,research conclusions,contributions,shortcomings,and prospects are proposed around the core content of the article.This study hopes to help H Company,which is carrying out technological transformation and enterprise transformation,solve the team management problems in the production and operation team,provide ideas for decision-making and problem solving,help the enterprise to achieve high-quality development,and provide reference for similar enterprises in the process of transformation. |
