With the economic development and electric power system reform,in order to adapt to changes in the internal and external environment,power supply enterprises continuously strengthen the internal management of corporate human resources based on diversified,multi-layered management theory,deep and improve the performance management system to enhance staff's enthusiasm for work,promote the employees' personal growth and the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.As the basic elements and final placement of power enterprise management,the team management is closely related to the future development of power enterprises.In order to accelerate the "two changes" reform,and response the "Three Intensifications Five Systems" construction,enhance team management to optimize power enterprise management,achieve longitudinal intensive management and transverse professional collaboration is important.Currently,the national grid is facing a crucial reform stage,it is imperative to reform the first-line team management system,especially reform performance management system.Only effective performance management can accelerate the power enterprise reform development.Firstly,this paper studies the performance management of domestic and foreign literature research,then analyzes the performance management situation of power enterprises and note the importance of power enterprises performance management.Thus,this paper takes Zhe wu power enterprise to analyze the shortages of Zhe wu power enterprise performance management based on the current status of this company.This paper reforms Zhe wu power enterprise performance management from performance management system,index system,appraisal system and application system.This paper establishes "work points" system and five standard library in line team performance management.Aiming at the performance management evaluation system,this paper combines the "work points" system wit optimized performance management process and assessment criteria.Finally,this paper optimizes performance management application system from four aspects.Aiming at the optimization of the line team performance management,this paper proposes safeguards for performance management to promote the development of power enterprises.
