| With the further deepening of the reform of the electric power system,the competitive pressure faced by the electric power enteq^rises in the market will gradually intensify.As the most basic department in the power industry,production teams directly affect the service and power supply quality of power enterprises and even the economic profits of enterprises.The performance management of production teams has become the basis of the performance management of the whole power enterprises,but the performance management of production teams has not been achieved in the management of state-owned power enterprises.To pay due attention,in many power enterprises,the production team lacks effective staff performance management,which leads to low enthusiasm and low productivity of employees,and has a serious impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the performance management of production teams in power supply companies.Firstly,this paper analyses the research background and significance of choosing the topic of performance management system for production teams of power supply companies.In addition,this part combs and analyses the research status of performance management at home and abroad.Then it explains the basic theories and methods related to this study,which mainly include the basic concepts and processes of performance management.The methods of performance management mainly include omni-directional evaluation,key performance indicators,target management,lean performance management,Balanced Scorecard and performance prism model.Thirdly,the status quo of performance management of production teams in Wuyi power company is analyzed in detail,and the performance evaluation system is discussed.In the aspects of performance management implementation,application of performance results,application of performance results and feedback of performance results,the problems existing in the current performance management system of production teams in Wuyi power company are comprehensively analyzed.Then,the innovative design of performance management system of production teams in Wuyi County is carried out,and the innovative design of performance management system of production teams in Wuyi County is put forward.It includes adjusting the organizational structure of production team performance management,perfecting performance appraisal system,scientific management performance standard system,formulating performance management implementation plan,improving the application system of performance appraisal results and establishing a new performance management system of production team of Wuyi power company in the whole process of performance appraisal management and control system.This paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the innovation system of production team performance management in Wuyi power company from four aspects,including improving the level of enterprise culture construction,innovating incentive mechanism,improving feedback and supervision mechanism and paying attention to the training of the overall quality of production team.It provides a reference for the effective implementation and improvement of performance management of production teams in other power supply companies. |
