In recent years,with the rapid development of smart grid,the scale ofelectronic power grid has rapidly expanded.The demand for more intelligent power supply has brought the development of information&telecommunication network.Since the twentieth century,the overall size of private information&telecommunication network has been increased 4 times.In this period,information&telecommunication team came into being.As a new-generation team,its human resources management is still in its infancy in electronic power company which is mainly focus on the operation and maintenance of power grids.In 2017,Shandong Electric Power Company made continuous efforts on the path of striving for the "Four Best" and building a "one strong,three gifted" modern company.The overall management capability of the company has been developing toward a higher quality and higher level.The rapid development of the company brought the performance management the new challenges and opportunities,but also to the management of all aspects of the company put forward new and higher requirements,how to break the shackles of the traditional concept,join the new era of scientific management concepts,and build a scientific and rational management system,through the optimization of enterprise performance management model to promote the development of the company,enhance the vitality of enterprises,enhance employee motivation and enthusiasm for the initiative of the sub-project is the power company's urgent need to solve the problem.This article is carried out under the background of the research work,the author of the network of Shandong ICT company team four days as an example,the performance management of case studies.I refer to the current research situation at home and abroad and a large number of relevant literature,learning the relevant concepts of performance management and the current commonly used performanceAfter confirming the train of thought,further clarified the design goals and principles of the optimization research program,and then analyzed the job responsibility and core business content of the team by taking the four compartments of the inspection as an example,proceeding from the existing processes and methods of team performance management,respectively Optimize from the perspective of monthly and annual performance management.First,change the "task system" performance appraisal method for the "work integral system",innovation based on the job description of the "typical work credit library" to optimize the monthly performance management team.Secondly,through the detailed decomposition of the overall strategic key performance indicator system of ICT Corporation,the annual performance indicators and standard system of scientific and rational team were established,and the annual performance management method based on the key performance indicators and 360 degree evaluation was put forward.The overall team to enhance the performance management level throughout the year.The team performance management process optimization program,as well as the protection of optimization programs to implement a series of effective measures.Finally,it set up a set of "tailor-made" performance management system optimization plan for the power company team,which has the professional characteristics of ICT and can be popularized and applied in the ICT professionals in the system of State Grid Corporation of China Management system optimization for reference.
