Research On The Improvement Of Production Supply Process Of JC COMPANY

In recent years,truck manufacturing has developed rapidly.High growth,high cost of extensive management model and lack of process causes the increased costs on materials,energy,equipment and labor.More over,global glut makes competition fiercer,which substantially shortens the life cycle of products.The arrival of the Internet era has sent waves to the status of information asymmetry in the past industrial era.With the Internet,customers can be connected with the low-cost manufacturers.The individual needs of each person are constantly enlarged,resulting in a lot of personalized individual requirements.However,the average number of these individual requirements is usually small,which requires enterprises to produce fast with small amount and customization.Accordingly,enterprises should accelerate the product development,material delivery,production-manufacturing,and so on.Processes related are to be improved to solve the problem of isolated information among ERP,SCM,MES and other systemsFirstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between upstream and downstream of the supply chain of JC company,and finds out the problems existing in the management of warehousing,distribution and delivery.Then,specific programs for the improvement of existing process are expounded based on the principle of process optimization and improvement.It solves some complex problems such as the wrong distribution of materials,the inaccurate arrival of the materials,the confusion of the distribution in the workshop and material return.For example: we improved the material delivery accuracy,and reduce the cost of material distribution.We fulfilled the contract for supply quota.in the storage and distribution process,we chose the best route to deliver materials to the station with efficiency and accuracy at a proper rate.In the process of reduction,we guaranteed the accordance of supply and demand to decrease the number of returned purchase.In practical production,these optimized processes,directly or indirectly,can enhance the supply of materials for production efficiency and reduce the supply cost.They can resolve the conflicts on material requisition and problems on material accumulation,or even wrong equipment downtime.Meanwhile,it is significantly improved in information exchange.Though the integration of information about product-and-supply service,we upgrade the performance in this field.The optimization procedure and improvement processes of production and supply are induced in this paper.There are references available to the further improvement of Automobile manufacturing industry.
