For companies in today’s market, the key to success not only relies on outstanding product, low cost or well-known brand, but also on the ability of management itself. Due to globalization and diversity of requirement from customers, process management has become the key element for company management ability. It is also very important for the company’s future to improve efficiency, reduce cost and better interact with customer and supplier.The good management relies on good process, and good process relies on good execution. Sales transaction support is part of company A’s integrated supply chain. In order to better support sales business, help the supply chain working more effectively and provide add-value service, continuous improvement of business process is very important. Based on the theory and nature of integrated supply chain, we utilized the knowledge of integrated supply chain and process improvement to analyze the sales transaction support process of company A via the5-step method, process system design, current process description, current issue analysis, improvement design and matching design. Based on the result of analysis, we designed improvement plan for direct contract management process and business partner disbursement process, as well as the matching design for the plan.Through analysis and study, we not only try to help sales transaction support team to improve process, but also to deploy the method used here to other department and to embed the sense of continuous improvement into company culture, so that to keep company A as the leading company in the market. |
