Research On Optimization Of Profit Distribution Strategy Of Joint Distribution Alliance Based On Cooperative Game Theory

With the continuous development of economy,the rapid rise of e-commerce,driven the development of the logistics industry,a large number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises emerge.In order to maintain long-term and stable development,logistics enterprises have adopted cooperative distribution in order to highlight their own development advantages.At present,joint distribution has become the development trend of distribution industry.There are many application modes and profit distribution methods for joint distribution.Enterprises can choose a suitable distribution mode to reduce logistics cost,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Scientific and rational selection of joint distribution mode is the prerequisite for the development of logistics enterprises.The rational distribution of joint distribution profits is the focus of the practical application of joint distribution.Cooperative game theory Shapley value method is often used in common distribution mode based on the alliance profit distribution more reasonable.In this paper,from the angle of the whole joint distribution,this paper presents a logistics service provider optimization and coordination of multi joint distribution logistics enterprise alliance mode.Firstly,a transportation route optimization model is constructed according to the chosen model.The model is to minimize the total distribution cost as target function.Using MATLAB to solve the transportation routing problem,we can get the profit from the joint distribution alliance.By analyzing the cost saving ratio,the optimal alliance profit distribution strategy is found.And given the optimal design scheme.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the joint delivery alliance model are verified through case studies.
