Research On Construction Mechanism And Models Of Profit Allocation Of Joint Distribution

As social and economic demands a growing requirements service of logistics and distribution enterprises, logistics and distribution present characteristics of high frequency, small batch, timing and so on, which resulted in high operating costs among logistics and distribution enterprises, huge pressure on urban traffic, environmental pollution and other problems. In order to solve these problems, logistics enterprises have joined up to form joint distribution. However, with the absence of constructing unified coordination mechanism and building rational profit distribution, joint distribution has not really started in China. Therefore, constructing a reasonable mechanism to coordinate the work among enterprises and balance the benefits is particularly important. This paper studies on how to carry out joint distribution effectively.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present status and problems of China’s joint distribution. Then elaborates the main causes of the problem and proposes solutions. Secondly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of joint distribution and enterprise alliance. Through the analysis of enterprise alliances’cooperation model, this paper constructs the construction mechanism of joint distribution alliance, which including construction model, operating system and coordination mechanism. This article divides the calculation of benefit distribution among enterprises into two parts:non-compact layer benefit distribution and compact layer benefit distribution. Through the use of different profit distribution models and the introduction of enterprise contribution rate, this paper sets up the corresponding profit distribution model. In addition, this paper creates alliance dissatisfaction function based on enterprise expectations. The profit distribution scheme with the smallest dissatisfaction is considered as the optimal scheme. Finally, the article testifies the rationality of profit distribution model of joint distribution alliance by an example.
