In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and logistics industries as well as the encouragement and support of national policies,China's shipping logistics has developed rapidly.With the intensification of competition,competition among enterprises has gradually developed into competition among supply chains.The shipping logistics supply chain is a management model,which aims at optimizing the overall efficiency.It can effectively integrate resources and jointly provide qualified services for customers.At present,the development of China's shipping logistics supply chain is not perfect,and there is a problem of unreasonable distribution of benefits.Supply chain members are constantly pursuing the maximization of their own interests,and the relationship of companies become a competition and cooperation and competing with each other in cooperation.The unreasonable profit distribution mechanism will affect the coordination of the shipping logistics supply chain,reduce the logistics efficiency,and make the supply chain can't meet the diverse needs of customers.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable profit distribution mechanism is the premise to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain.Based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,this thesis combs the connotation and characteristics of the shipping logistics supply chain,expounds the development status of the shipping logistics supply chain,and clarifies the constituent elements of the shipping logistics supply chain.The use of the Stackelberg model explains the necessity of establishing a cooperative alliance,and builds a basic Shapley model to obtain a preliminary benefit distribution plan.Although the basic Shapley model satisfies the preconditions for cooperation,it does not consider multiple influencing factors,making the initial benefit plan unreasonable.Therefore,an improved Shapley model based on the TOPSIS method was proposed,three factors that affect the distribution of benefits were determined,and the weights of the impact factors were determined by five experts.So the Shapley model is modified and the benefit distribution scheme is improved.Comparing the two schemes,it is found that the improved benefit distribution scheme is more reasonable and more consistent with the actual situation of the shipping logistics supply chain.Finally,from the perspective of supply chain members and feedback mechanism,suggestions are proposed to optimize the shipping logistics supply chain.
