The Profits Allocation Of Urban-Rural Joint Distribution

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas and sticking to the integrated development of urban and rural areas.As an important link connecting urban and rural economic development,urbanrural logistics is an important basic guarantee for promoting urban-rural integration,rural revitalization and overall economic development of urban and rural areas.Our country rural area has its own characteristics,such as capacious area,complex terrain,backward development,large population but living scattered.Because of this,the urban-rural logistics has many problems,demand of logistics distribution between urban and rural areas large but dispersed,distribution lines long and complex,the uneven distribution of rural distribution network,the existing infrastructure backwardness,scattered distribution of resources and lacking of integration.These problems cause the high distribution costs,low efficiency of the enterprises,needing to find a way of low cost,high efficiency of logistics organization.As an intensive and large-scale advanced logistics organization mode,joint distribution,with the concept of efficient,intensive and collaborative sharing,can effectively optimize the allocation of resources,improve the utilization of resources and reduce the distribution cost.It is an effective means to solve the problems in urban-rural logistics distribution.From the development practice of China's joint distribution in recent years,it is difficult to distribute the benefits fairly,which is one of the important reasons that hinder its development.Based on this,this paper aims at the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of urban and rural logistics distribution,taking urban and rural joint distribution as the research object,and studying its organizational operation and profit distribution.Firstly,based on the current situation and existing problems of urban and rural logistics distribution,combined with the advantages of common distribution,this paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of urban and rural common distribution.Then aiming at the problems of urban and rural distribution,put forward the urban and rural joint distribution model carried out in alliance operation way.The alliance is established by the core logistics enterprises cooperating with other logistics enterprises.The model's operating process,operating system,and the alliance's participation subject,the subject duty,the organization mode is analyzed.Based this,the urban and rural joint distribution alliance's vested interest,main bodies of interest distribution and its mode of distribution are studied later.Next,based on the Raiffa solution model with the concept of cooperative game,an enterprise weight system that takes into account the influence factors such as the value of enterprise's input resources,service level and the risk brought by enterprises to the alliance is introduced.The weighted Raiffa solution is put forward to construct the benefit distribution model.Finally,the case of urban and rural joint distribution organized by a comprehensive logistics service enterprise in Suining,Sichuan province was used to verify the scientific effectiveness of the model.Meanwhile,the costs and benefits of each participant before and after the implementation of joint distribution were calculated and compared to verify the economic benefits of the joint distribution model.
