Into the era of knowledge economy,talent on the success or failure of science and technology enterprises continue to enhance the influence.Brain loss on the enterprise technological innovation,staff stability,corporate reputation,comprehensive competitiveness will cause adverse effects.Brain drain means that the core competitiveness of enterprises weakened,experienced personnel on business development and industry trends have in-depth understanding of their losses often take away business management resources,and even endanger the development of enterprise competition.How to implement good incentives to retain and attract talent,is directly related to the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and long-term sustainable development goals.Enterprise incentives are important for both the organization and the managers and employees of different positions.Motivation is the eternal theme of business management,but also the eternal problem.Since entering the new century,with the gradual improvement of the market economy and development,competition between enterprises more and more intense.In order to cope with such a complex market environment and incentive market competition,enterprises must proceed from the internal reform,human resources reform is one of the non-negligible part.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to make it play the greatest value is the focus of the paper to study.This paper takes the empirical research method,selects the national labor company as the research object,carries on the thorough analysis to the company incentive mechanism question.In this paper,the human resource theory and incentive theory are used as the research tools to learn from the relevant research results at home and abroad.The present situation of the incentive mechanism of the Company is analyzed by the method of interview and questionnaires.The personnel management system and the system(including the talent introduction mechanism(Such as employment mechanism,personnel incentive mechanism and staff assessment system),staff compensation system design,employee career planning and personal development,as well as the construction of salary system and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis to develop effective incentive mechanism,respectively,from the development of humanized pay and benefits system,to provide scientific career development planning and guidance,to carry out respect for talent and attention to the talent of the corporate culture,improve the human resources management system Improve the countermeasures and measures to effectively motivate employees to retain business talent,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
