With foreign companies in China, the increasingly fierce market competition, the competition is the most fundamental is the competition of human resources, to say the development of enterprise depends ultimately on human resources. Perfect the incentive mechanism of a direct impact on to give full play to the staff, and ultimately related to the whole staffs own development and enterprise's survival and development. Incentives to a person's psychology and behavior will produce a great role. How to fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees in the work, establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, has become one of the biggest problems in the enterprise development.Significance and research status at home and abroad; The second part is theoretical review, the definition and characteristics of incentive to carry on the simple elaboration, I study and analysis to the existing incentive theory at home and abroad were reviewed and classified. The third part is a questionnaire to carry out the situation and in the form of questionnaire analysis PJWL company bonded project personnel incentive mechanism present situation, and put forward the urgency and necessity to formulate scientific and effective incentive mechanism. The fourth part combine the theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the questionnaire for the company's incentive mechanism improvement Suggestions and countermeasures. The fifth part puts forward the bonded project safeguard measures on the implementation of incentive mechanism.The results of this study are as follows:1 Analysis of PJWL bonded project personnel salary system, incentive mechanism, leadership quality, work in the company's future achievements, leadership and promotion system (leadership and promotion system tied for fifth) are the top five of the employees incentive factors. Through the questionnaire, we found that PJWL bonded project personnel are basically satisfied with the state, but the satisfaction is not high. (3) PJWL company free trade project incentive management should change ideas, innovative ideas, focus on leadership and employee's full communication, mutual trust; resolutely implement the incentive system, reflect the diversity of incentive, so as to attract talent and retain talent loss.
