The Research And Implementation Of Real Estate Registration Management Platform Based On SOA

With the development of the modern economic construction and the progress of the science technology, construction of digital city has become the current domestic real estate development direction and strategic objectives. A series of significant change are brought into the working contents of real estate management as well as it's the pattern of operation for the business development and the application of GIS technology. One current major task in the development of Real Estate Information System is to build an advanced information integrated construction platform for the real estate management which can suit to the modern manage standard and be used for information sharing. New revolution needs to not only provide a powerful driving force in the business, but also a flexible module which can be used in the formation of the future business model. Otherwise, the powerful information-processing capability is necessary in order to keep smooth in information interaction and integrity of the information under the complicated application environment and technical conditions. SOA is the kind of business-driven software design pattern as a new generation of software architecture, inaugurating a new service-oriented era in IT business. With the feature of loose coupling and platform independency, SOA has a great natural advantage in the field of system integration through which we can break the information island and do the combinations, sharing of information resources. Moreover, SOA has a better way in the service continuous innovation and improvement. Now the research on the SOA has been an important subject in the IT business.Recently the new regulations about real estate management have been published before along. In order to meet the real estate management system reform and the new business standards, most of the domestic real estate information system platform need for upgrades and replacement. Base on project requirement analysis, together with the concept of SOA on the software analysis and design was used in this article built a new property ownership registration management system which has flexible framework, can be configured, extended and adjust as deemed necessary, completing the seamless integration with the GIS system, survey system and the contract record web system. Now the research on the application of SOA is in the ascendant, its application model has not established in many business field. Base on the practice, this paper promote the service-oriented concept to the construction of real estate information system. This is a practical research and exploration on the SOA, not only executes the study on the concept and design of SOA, but also provides a new reference model for the application in the same field. In this article, we focus on the implementation technology of SOA and web services base on in-depth studying about the basic theory, composition elements, core technology and programming of SOA.According to the actual situation in the project, we put on the implementation model and solution of SOA, including the establishment of component model for the system functionality, requirement analysis in each module, process design and so on. The implementation process for the system and the method of services design are also presented too. According to the realization of SOA application in the system by Web Service technology we can call services crossing different platform, so the integration in the system will be solved in an easy way. At last a summation is made to generalize the work combing the analysis of insufficiencies in this paper. Suggestions and improvement are also given for the future work.
