The Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Registration Management System Based On The JavaEE

For a long time,the registration of real estates in China was carried out on the administration level,ignoring its property rights transaction security function and significance of market economy.Under the background of the market economy,the use of modern information technology to establish and improve the real estate classification,investigation,registration,and statistical system is imperative.With the implementation of the “provisional regulations on real estate registration” in our country.The author has carried on the research and development of the real estate registration management system based on JavaEE technology.This paper was introduced and studied the uniform registration of real estate related theory,the evolution path of real estate registration system in China,status of real estate registration informatization at China and abroad and the related techniques of construct real estate registration management system include: JavaEE,ArcGIS Server,the RabbitMQ.Then the development of real estate registration management system involves the business connection and data of cohesion is analyzed,and on the results of analysis the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements are expounded.The author has combination of the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements with the “provisional regulations on real estate registration” and “real estate registration database standard” to design the structure of the real estate registration management system,database and function module.In the end,according to the design plan,realized some parts of the “Basic data”,“Investigation of right”,“Case management” function module,and a real estate registration business processes on the system to display.
