Research On The Transformation Of E-government System For Government Data

Under the background of Internet + and big data era,government information disclosure has inevitably been transformed to government data.The existing e-government system,which serves the government information,has a certain hysteresis,which has been unable to cooperate and meet the functions of government data opening.The government not only means that the government will be more transparent,open the original data but also for enterprises to make better use of the data to produce economic benefits,the use of more convenient for the public data optimization had a profound influence on life or positive innovation.In China,the implementation of e-government is one of the important factors for the realization of government information disclosure,so the openness of government data cannot be separated from the change of e-government.Perfect open data for government e-government system,not only can enrich its access to government data,meet the needs of different levels the crowd for data,and more importantly,it can promote the government data open any links such as policy formulation and implementation.On the basis of establishing the current situation of e-government in China,the new requirements of government data opening are clarified,including process,consciousness and service demand.In addition,the government data opening content in the foreign e-government construction can be used for reference to help China's e-government system change.Starting from the four frameworks of building service framework,security framework,business framework and performance framework,the new requirements of government data opening are built into the original e-government system.
