Research And Application Of Resource Catalog System

Since a long time, government organizational form has been dependent on paper document, and after the rise of e-government, e-government data collection is not in time or lack of effective organization and management, various government departments resource accumulation, the independent sector data inconsistencies between the phenomenon also occurs, there are great difficulties on the road of data resource sharing and department coordination office, the officer often do not know where are resources and what are those resources, no more safe and effective channels to share it. In order to solve this problem, the country learn advanced experience from foreign, has put forward the construction of the exchange system and resource directory system requirements, and proposed the related standard.This paper studies the resource directory system related standard and current situation, based on exchange management platform that has already formed, it put forward resource directory and exchange management platform combining and use resource directory resource discovery and positioning functions, combined with the exchange of management platform of data transmission function which based on Web service communication technology, to build resource discovery, positioning, sharing as one of the resource discovery, positioning and exchange system. Besides, based on the multilevel government platform for collaborative demand, this paper designed a three-resource directory structure. This paper plays a positive role in the E-government resources sharing and exchange.There are some innovation points of this article:1.Focus on the problems that e-government resource directory service system has solve where are resources and what are those resources, except how to get the resources, put forward to combine exchange management platform, based on the Web service remote communication, implementation resource query and access to integrated resource discovery, positioning and exchange system.2. Focus on the problem that multi-level e-government platform business are not allowed on the magnitude of any preposition node (the government departments) uses " direct" way to exchange data sharing, put forward with " catalog" will be adjacent level directory synchronization to the central node, for the Department for resource discovery and positioning, realization resource directory system.
