The development of digitalization and informationization of libraries must have corresponding human resource management mode.Nowadays,there are many problems in the management of human resources in the library,such as the uneven distribution of human resources and the unidentified division of labor,which have brought many problems to the management of the library.As an important part of the library management,the human resource management of the library mainly aims at the development strategy of the modern library to determine the human resource demand of the library and promote the method of improving the quality of the library management.In the study of human resource management,the library must be better developed with the change of the times.The theory of Maslow's demand level is one of the important theories in human resource management.To ensure that our library can develop for a long time,the library must have a better way of human resource management.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is applied to library human resources management.
