Research On Interaction Design Of Garbage Classification App Based On Maslow Demand Level

In recent years,the level of people's material consumption has been continuously improving,and the amount of waste generated is also increasing dramatically;The policy proposes to lay a solid foundation for school education and strongly encourage young people to actively participate in waste classification;There is a huge amount of garbage in Colleges and universities every day,including a large number of recyclable resources;College students belong to the group with higher knowledge level in China,and their garbage classification initiative will affect the implementation of relevant policies in China.Therefore,based on the above factors,the research on waste classification products for college students has certain social significance and value.Under the implementation of the policy,waste classification has rapidly become a rising hot spot.There are a lot of rough waste classification products in the market,which lack certain design guidance and interaction specification.In the interaction design,user requirements have always been a subjective factor that is difficult to grasp and measure.How to better deal with user requirements in the interaction design process is the key problem to determine the product.In the traditional interaction design,demand mining is mostly from the subjective perspective of designers.In the process of user research,it is easy to be affected by the language logic problems in interviews and questionnaires,and the research indicators are temporary,and the research results are not comprehensive.Based on the above issues related to user needs,this topic starts with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory to explore user needs.The New York Times reported that "Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is known as a historical breakthrough in human self-awareness and self-awareness in the history of human beings.".Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory has been widely used in various disciplines,especially in the study of some social problems or specific groups.Maslow's five levels are clear and consistent with people's real life.As a social problem that people share weal and woe,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory has great universality and reference value.The purpose of this project is to build a scientific and rigorous hierarchical structure model of university students' waste classification needs to guide the design of waste classification related products.Firstly,the concept,development of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the nature,characteristics and relationship of specific needs are deeply studied.Based on the theoretical framework,an interview outline is designed to conduct user research on 18 college students in different cities,so as to deeply tap the user needs.Through in-depth interviews with college students,the interview summary is obtained,and the language material analysis method is used to sort out the coding to form a preliminary user demand set;Secondly,based on the preliminary demand set,the demand questionnaire scale was compiled and large-scale questionnaire survey was carried out.The 210 questionnaires were collected by factor analysis method for scientific clustering,and the user demand evaluation system of waste classification for college students was established;Then,experts are invited to complete the evaluation and scoring of each demand dimension and factor,and AHP is used to obtain the weight index of 5 dimensions and 23 factors in the user demand evaluation system,forming a scientific and quantitative demand hierarchy model;Finally,guided by the demand structure model,the interaction design practice of the garbage classification app is completed.This paper avoids the problem of subjective demand in traditional interaction design,ensures the construction validity and quantifies the demand scientifically and accurately.It provides a complete user needs evaluation system and hierarchy model for garbage classification app products,and guides the design of garbage classification products to meet user needs with clear weight indicators.It can break the phenomenon of serious homogenization of current garbage classification product design and inaccurate demand,provide certain design guidance and product interaction specification for existing garbage classification app products in the current market,and promote the effective implementation of garbage classification.
