From the end of last century to the beginning of this century,according to market-oriented operation of the city newspaper launched the first round of shock to the traditional media,followed by new media surging and relying on the Internet,to newspapers and journals as the representative of the Central Plains oil reported this kind of traditional media is facing the unprecedented challenge.Today,the integration of the old and new media has become a major trend in the history of the development of the media.In the "people-oriented"media industry,talent is always the first productivity of the news.Zhongyuan Petroleum Newspaper has encountered two major problems in the field of talent,namely,"personnel conflict" and "talent management conflict"".Based on the analysis of the status and problems of talent management in Zhongyuan Petroleum Newspaper office,this paper points out the deficiencies of talent management system and needs to be perfected from six angles.In reference to the domestic and foreign "people's Daily",the British "Guardian","American New York Times" typical media transformation successful experience,put forward seven proposals for the Central Plains oil newspaper talent management strategy,in order to become the mainstream voice of Zhongyuan Petroleum Newspaper and Zhongyuan Oilfield on the successful completion of the new media,the transformation of the road,in order to enhance the guiding force,expand the influence,sing the main theme,take the initiative,spread positive energy.
