Research On The Service Of Elderly Readers In Community Libraries In Henan Province

In recent years,Henan province is rich in old readers of the spiritual and cultural life,perfect service system of public library,the construction of the community library in each area,to provide for the aged readers activities inside and outside the museum.Community library is a public library extension,and the aging of Henan Province,Henan province to study the present situation of community library service for aged readers and influence factors of the aged reader satisfaction,to improve the service for the aged readers in Henan province has the important value of community library.This paper is based on the domestic and foreign community service for the aged readers of the library related theory research,taking Henan Province as the research object,analyzes the general situation of Henan province and the old readers community library construction status.Secondly,to understand the status of reader service in Henan province community library,combined with the KANO model,using KANO questionnaire to evaluate the service for the aged readers satisfaction,find out the factors influencing the service for the aged readers satisfaction.Finally,this paper from six aspects,put forward to optimize the service for the aged readers in Henan province community library recommendations to further improve the community library service for the aged readers has certain theoretical and practical significance.
