Research On Russian Community Library Services

Community is the basic unit of society,and community culture is an important part of social culture.As the most basic social and cultural institution,community libraries play an important role in cultivating community culture and meeting the basic information and entertainment needs of community residents.The construction of community libraries in Russia has a long history,community library services have a profound historical and humanistic tradition,and service models and experiences have diversified characteristics,which are worthy of in-depth study and reference.The article uses the methods of literature analysis,network investigation,and case analysis to make a more detailed analysis of the relevant policies and regulations of Russian community library services and the specific service content.Among them,the service content is taken as the focus of this research to conduct an in-depth analysis.It was found that Russian community libraries also assumed certain social responsibilities on the basis of ensuring basic information supply,including patriotism education,environmental protection education,employment guidance and many other aspects.Based on this,I finally draw some enlightenments that are conducive to the development of community library services in our country,hoping to help follow-up related research.
