Video Material Management Platform Project Risk Management Research

With the rapid development of information technology,the information industry has become a pillar of society.The software industryhas been more and more gotten people’s attention as the core of information industry.The emergence of smart phones and mobile Internet development in recent years,the number of mobile devices such as mobile phone use billions.Public entertainment produce big changes with the development of mobile Internet.Under the mode of video website development,large amounts of money into lower cost become the important factor of enterprise can survive.At the same time,with the improvement of mass entertainment request,provides the high quality of video resources and the fluent viewing experience is also a way to improve the number of users.Therefore,how to manage the video resources,storage way and security is the enterprise have to think about the problem,and video footage of the management system has become a part of the media enterprises must pay attention to.In this paper,we study the video material management system of project risk management,in the media video resource management is of constructive significance.Software project risk management research has developed more mature in foreign countries,and in China the study and practice in this area is still in its infancy.From the point of the whole information technology industry development,our country software enterprise project management in project risk management has problems of consciousness or lack of basis,no accurate project cost,project management system is not sound and so on.In order to guarantee the completion of the video material management system,this paper work is as follows:(1)Introducing a software project risk management research status at home and abroad,and the research train of thought and method,(2)to present the project Risk management and software project Risk management model of Barry Boehm,CRM,Soft Risk management and the method of Riskit and SERIM,(3)to introduce material management platform of requirement analysis,system function and system architecture,(4)in view of the video material management platform for risk identification and risk response and so on,(5)summarizes and analyzes the whole project,and enriches the content of software risk management.Through the video system of material management of system function and system structure to identification risk that may occur,and then to make plan to deal and moniter the risk to ensure the completion.That can not only ensure the media video of the business can get standardized management but also can provide lessons for our country software project risk management ways and methods.
