Museum is a public education institution for public use and education, which collect, sort, research and exhibit cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. And finally it can ultimate knowledge. Therefore, education is not only an important responsibility of the museum ,but also is one of the main content of museum management. As a public education institutions, it is very important for the museum to bridge the gap between the audience and works of art, lead the audience to the world of art, and create aesthetic experience for our audience, and even to upgrade the experience for the aesthetic ability and aesthetic culture.Shandong Museum has been set up for sixty-two years. Collection is rich and the museum has 200000 pieces(nine categories) cultural relics and collections,even including the shang dynasty. It is the window and base to understand the ancient civilization of shandong district, carry forward the traditional culture,popularize natural science knowledge and patriotism education. It is the beneficial supplement of education resources,and an ideal platform for school curriculum development. Since 2010, Shandong Museum begin universal education and unique education to the youth group, primary and secondary schools in shandong province. The parents lead the road and it plays an important role in learning about museum and other learning activities. But the museum is lack of proper planning and design projects. And the teachers' ability is insufficient,and the initiative is not enough. They usually don't have enough consideration for the students whose knowledge structure and the actual demand is different. During the education process, it only pay attention to the form, but ignore the content, including insufficient development of the museum education resources, insufficient theme content. It didn't play a proper role on the aesthetic education and multidisciplinary permeable. Thisproject want to find the insufficience of Shandong Museum on the youth curriculum construction and the aesthetic education through the good examples of the museum education both at home and abroad, and Shandong museum construction, operating conditions and feedback analysis of the research about young audiences who participate in activities. And the project also aim to discuss curriculum design elements of teenagers education, integrate education resources, develop the art classes which are suitable for the development of adolescents. It is not merely begin the art education by the theme of education, but combine the experience in learning history and art, so it can realize the the mutual recognition between museum and teenagers and establish a good interactive relationship. Finally, this project can find problems and provide effective solutions for the construction of other parts of the museum..
