With the rapid development of digital technology and microelectronic technology,of microminiature electronics parts assembly and most artificial way,and get tired for a long period of time the workers work and not accuracy of electronic products and high precision components assembly and transmission stability influence is quite big.So with the development of technology and the increase in workload,electronic product assembly automation is becoming more and more urgent,the automated assembly technology of microminiature electronics components research is becoming more and more deeply.This topic after fully understand the voice coil motor production environment,study design a manipulator escapement,implementation of voice coil motor transport and assembly on the production line,meet the demand of voice coil motor automatic assembly production.First, on the analysis of the voice coil motor parts of its own characteristics,according to the requirement of the production environment,put forward the problem in automatic assembly production,then put forward the corresponding solutions,and according to the solution,to determine the basic scheme of escapement manipulator design.Secondly, according to the basic design of escapement manipulator,determine the escapement manipulator design is divided into fetching, swing, positioning, lift and support the five basic institution,according to the technical requirements of each institution,select the design the parts when the application materials,design the specific implement way.Again, corresponding to the escapement concrete design plan of the manipulator,analyzes the feasibility of manipulator in the design process,and on the precision of the involved in the design process problems are analyzed.Finally, to the whole manipulator is on the rise and fall,swing before and after the oscillation modeling four times,through finite element analysis of the dynamic characteristic analysis of four kinds of working state.Based on the design and analysis of the manipulator,ensure the escapement manipulator of the final design to meet the requirements of the voice coil motor automatic assembly line.
