Traditional manufacturing equipment of mosquito coil is very simple,with low automation level and harmful working conditions.The purpose of this paper is trying to design a automatic control system for heteromorphic mosquito coil machine,to get rid of the aesthetic fatigue of mosquito coil's simple shape and improve the automation level of production.This system applies closed-loop control and stepper subdivision driver algorithm to improve the precision and stability of system.S-shaped rise-and-fall speed controlling curve makes stepper motor restrain the phenomenon of losing synchronism and overshoot;Controlling temperature with PID adjusting can contribute to stabilizing temperature.In addition,this system can communicate with PC through USB interface,offline working,etc.This system chooses LPC1768 as its microcontroller,which integrates on-chip so rich resources that it can simplify the circuit of the system.Microcontroller can receive analytical data of heteromorphic mosquito coil model through the USB interface,which send from PC,or directly read the G-code file of mosquito coil model that stored in the SD card.It applies closed-loop control to lead three stepper motors to the position of the paths of mosquito coil model,Then controls the extrusion mechanism accurate feeding.Finally,several heteromorphic 3D models of mosquito coil are designed with related software.Then we should use software to slice them and export G-code file.On experimental test,heteromorphic mosquito coil processed by this system is of regular shape and practical,which satisfy the requirements of function design.
