Research On The Countermeasures For The Information Literacy Improvement Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

On January 31,2010,the state council announced the central file in 2010,further consolidate based several opinions of the development of agriculture and rural areas.For the first time the concept of "new generation migrant workers" was proposed,and ask for taking some aim measures,strive to solve the problem of new generation of migrant workers,and definition of a new generation of migrant workers:Some people born in the 1990s,they grew up in the countryside but early entry into the society,exist in between the city and the countryside.The difference between the new generation of migrant workers and the first generation of migrant workers:firstly,the new generation of migrant workers are highly educated,but they have no farming experience;Secondly,the new generation migrant workers have a higher demand about the human rights,they have the strong self-esteem and they discriminate against overtime work.And they use the legal way to protect their legal rights.Thirdly new generation migrant workers are mostly unmarried,they want to settle for a long time in the city,and they eager to integrate into the city;Fourth,the new generation migrant workers are engaged in service and manufacturing.And they don't like the first generation of migrant workers engaged in the construction industry.However,the new generation of migrant workers also have some shortcomings and they work great mobility,appear the short phenomenon.Their perseverance is weak,compared with the first generation of migrant workers,the ability to resist pressure is also weak.With the first generation of migrant workers returning home,the new generation of migrant workers become the main body of society.For the new generation migrant workers,the information literacy and their demand and use for the information become a current and important problem.This paper to investigate the Zou Ping county,as an example,investigates the present conditions of the new generation peasant workers'information literacy,and take the advantage software analyzed them,through the survey to ask questions,and seek a solution to solve them.Investigate and survey the new generation migrant workers information literacy research from four aspects by the questionnaire survey.Firstly,information consciousness.secondly,information knowledge,thirdly,information ability,the fourth,information ethics.
