Public Library Services For The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Research

In recent years，due to the nature of the occasion alternating generation of migrantworkers，the new generation of migrant workers gradually become the subject of migrantworkers.The new generation of migrant workers play an important role in the process ofeconomic and social development. The new generation of migrant workers，compared withthe first generation of migrant workers have a different life background.The new generationof migrant workers have a higher career planning and life expectancy than the migrantworkers，and more eager to integrate into the social life. The new generation of migrantworkers have their own unique culture，information and entertainment needs，be moreproactive in the pursuit of self-realization.Combined with the service of migrant workers of domestic public library theory and thepractice statusquo，foreign library service for vulnerable groups of experience，has conductedthe system research work of library service content，service mode of migrant workers.Social inclusion includes the inclusion into the economic，social and psychologicalaspects of the new generation of migrant workers， to make the full integration of social life，and should start from these three aspects， to let the migrant workers into the city life. Thispaper mainly adopts interview method， interviews with staff responsible for domestic publiclibrary problems of migrant workers， migrant workers to understand the library worksituation，existing problems，summed up should explore the formation of economic，socialand psychological aspects of the service model of public library in the service of the newgeneration of migrant workers. The study found the general trend， the social identity of thethe new generation of migrant workers are not stable， and construction tend to blur andinvolution. The main reason for this is the new generation of migrant workers do not agree tobuild their own construction and society. Therefore， this study suggests the government，China Library Association and public libraries need to explore the recommendations of thesethree levels to promote the new-generation rural workers social inclusion.
