With the continuous development of economy,the continuous improvement of the Internet technology,the demand of information to the user the earth-shaking changes,information behavior research and real life are closely linked,the user has not only pay attention to the quality of access to information,pay more attention to the content of the comprehensive type,the ease of access to information way,and access to information timeliness,etc.From the point of user information demand content,the user wants to obtain more comprehensive information,enrich the content;From the point of the way of user access to information,users pay more attention to the ease of access to information way,the maneuverability and retrieval;From the point of user access to information time,users want in the shortest possible time to obtain the required information,so as to ensure the timeliness of information.WeChat is one of the most widely used mobile terminals,in contemporary society,almost everyone has a WeChat accounts,as WeChat terminal function of increasingly powerful,aware of the importance of the WeChat service in the library.In order to facilitate the use of user,many established WeChat public platform in university library,through the medium of WeChat,to provide users with real-time information,abundant resources,convenient access,to meet the information needs of users.In this article,through the data,the method of literature review on the theory of information behavior,WeChat service of university libraries and analyses the content,function,ultimately WeChat service in university library to provide the corresponding development strategy.
