| With the advent of the information age,WeChat services have been widely used in various fields.WeChat Official Platforms(WOPs)have also been rapidly favored by all walks of life since their launch.The opening of the WOP and the launch of WeChat service have gradually become the service channels and service methods that are highly valued by university libraries.The University Library's WOP provides users with the opportunity to query and access library resources anytime,anywhere,and also provides users with better access to personalized services.At present,more and more university libraries have already opened the WOP,but contrary to the number of WOP opened,the quality of service of the University Library WOP is not unsatisfactory.How to comprehensively evaluate the service of WOP of the university library,analyze the existing problems,and then put forward the improvement measures in a targeted way,become the focus problem that needs to be considered and resolved urgently.Based on the LibQUAL+TM model and related theories,this study establishes a relatively complete and operational service evaluation system for university libraries WOP.Through an empirical analysis of the service of the "Double First-Class" university library WOP,summarizing its existing problems and making relevant recommendations,it has important practical significance for the promotion of the WOP service of university libraries.The thesis firstly introduced the relevant background and research significance of this study,clarified the research content and research ideas,systematically combed and analyzed the relevant research literature in recent years;secondly,based on LibQUAL+TM model of library service quality evaluation model,and modify it,combined with existing research results,and the evaluation indicators were determined through questionnaires and membership function analysis.Using the analytic hierarchy process to rank the importance of the 22 indicators of the 4 dimensions,and explore the influence of different dimensions and different indicators on the WOP service of university libraries,based on this,a brand-new practical appraisal index system for the WOP service of university libraries was constructed;then,using the service evaluation index system constructed,the application research of 109 "Double First-Class " university library WOP was conducted;finally,based on the evaluation results,it analyzed the main problems in the WOP of university libraries,put forward corresponding optimization measures,and summarized the research's limitations and inadequacies,and put forward the outlook for future research.By comparing the importance of indicators,it is concluded that service content and service effectiveness are the two biggest dimensions affecting the WOP service of university libraries;through the empirical analysis of the evaluation results,it is concluded that the "Double First-Class" university library WOP service in all four dimensions have deficiencies,there is much room for improvement.This research mainly innovates in the following aspects:First,the evaluation index system of the WOP service of university libraries has been constructed.Compared with other evaluation indicators system of WeChat service,it is more targeted and universal for the university library.The second is to comprehensively examine the outcome indicators and process indicators when selecting indicators,and use questionnaire survey methods,expert evaluation methods,and AHP methods to make the evaluation index system constructed with high credibility and operability.Thirdly,on the basis of large-scale empirical research,we propose the promotion strategy for the WOP service of university libraries,and provide decision-making basis for the university library to better operate the WeChat public account. |
