Research On User Acceptance Behavior Of WeChat Service Of University Library Based On DTPB Model

The leap in technology in the information age has brought many opportunities to the development of human society.WeChat has the support of many users and is widely used in China.The emergence of WeChat public service has introduced new channels for publicity and promotion to all walks of life.University libraries have joined the school library WeChat public number in accordance with the requirements of the times,but universities need to consider whether they are users.accept.Users can only maximize the role and advantages of the service by accepting the WeChat public service of the university.Based on the theory of DTPB model,this paper constructs the user acceptance behavior model of WeChat service in college library according to the characteristics and usage scenarios of university library WeChat service.The model is analyzed and verified by SPSS20.0 and AMOS17.0 software.The research results in this paper confirm that the model has good explanatory power and practicality in the research on the acceptance behavior of WeChat service users in university libraries.Finally,it summarizes the current situation of WeChat service in university libraries,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions,in order to promote the development and progress of WeChat service in university libraries.
