The Medical documentary television programs combining medical subject and the form of documentary who insist on the principle of truth and novel medical class as the topic becomes the winner for high audience ratings. Because of only these three programs exsit before I decide, so I will do comparative studies between the three television programs to understand this new type of television show and put forward new direction for Chinese TV development.Because the paper is the study of the three medical documentary TV program, I watched each of these three programs of television programs, in the framework of determining the papers after I picked each specific program a comparative study of a specific month. In this paper, each of these program form three television programs, dissemination of content, communication strategies, dissemination of results and other comparative analysis, depending on the TV text and documentation to draw comparative conclusions. In this case, I designed a questionnaire based on the content analysis of the questionnaire, after the failure of paper questionnaires, survey released by the micro-channel platform and questionnaire results were analyzed, findings and author pre-text analysis the conclusion is not consistent, and on the content of the paper to make changes.I does not address the content of the program in the form of a questionnaire, so during program form a comparative analysis, this month on a specific choice of three television programs specific themes and protagonists in tabular form showing, drawn " Come on, son, "the theme of the program and the hero's choice is relatively simple," life fate "and" ER story "theme of diversity, but the hero's choice, former patients only as an object, while the latter tends to diverse conclusions. Diverse topics more attractive to the audience, and both patients and health care workers have an important impact on the role of setting alleviate patient conflicts.Comparative analysis of the content of communication, the author is the results of the questionnaire survey results and analysis of the text for comparison, the television program presented by these three focus the audience's attention and point the content is different, "lite tate" and "Come on, son," the main line show emotion, but the results ot the survey show that audiences expect to receive is the knowledge and prevention of medical diagnosis and treatment of diseases. According to the uses and gratifications theory, I proposed program content focuses on real knowledge and recommendations reproduced doctor-patient conflicts, in order to achieve maximum dissemination of results of the program.Through communication channels and marketing strategy aspects of communication strategy to show a comparative analysis, based on the results of the questionnaire, drawn media convergence today, the audience still choose the traditional media to watch the program, followed by mobile phone from the media client. The difference is the marketing advantage of such a television program, but the analysis results, the audience how to improve the program's credibility is the key to this marketing strategy can win. Thus the author, we must not only to improve the credibility of the program by reducing the voiceover and increasing real non-energy positive way, but also outside of the traditional media, related by-products developed mobile client to improve the program ratings.Especially when propagation effects research, the author based on the results of the questionnaire found that only 5.33% of the audience feel particularly poor attitude of health care services, and health care workers on the image of the program presented in 50:50 believe that the general skepticism. That is to say, more than 60%of the audience for the medical staff did not stereotypes. Therefore, I questioned the doctor-patient conflicts presented by the media is not irreconcilable, and the media did not play a catalytic role in easing patient relationship, doctor-patient conflicts has intensified. As the voice of the media should be objective and balanced coverage of events related to doctor-patient relationship. On the other hand, research found that audiences are more likely to get health class knowledge from such programs, and this demand has not been adequately met in the program. High degree of integration in the media today, if this situation continues, such programs will be eliminated.
